His practical, relationship-driven approach provides clients with valuable insight into organizational effectiveness, team building, and high-impact decision-making across evolving business environments.
With more than 20 years in search, Marialice has worked on both sides of the table—first in agency settings, and then for five years leading searches in-house at Comcast. That experience gives her a rare, well-rounded view: she understands not only how to find exceptional talent, but how a hire actually performs and integrates inside a complex organization. She partners closely with clients through growth, transformation, and change, always focused on long-term alignment and leaders who make a lasting difference.
